2.     Industry Differentials:

a.      We pay Massage Therapists when a client cancels within 24 hours

b.     All commission earned is yours to keep – no fees

c.      We offer a spacious working environment with hydraulic tables, floor fans, sinks, hot towel cabbies, and hot stone units in every massage room

d.     Massage Therapists are not required to do laundry or clean the Spa

e.      Team building outings and events

3.      Incentives/Earning Potential

a.      The earning potential for our second tier Massages Therapists is between $40 and $45 per hour.

b.     We pay Massage Therapists when a client joins the Lifestyle Program

c.      All Massage Therapists are eligible to earn performance based bonuses monthly

Job Requirements:

1.       Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of North Carolina

2.      Has obtained Personal Liability Insurance

3.      Able to work nights and weekends

4.     Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

5.      Able to participate in a team and goal-driven environment
